@teshou4474 yes they did. Some chose to take advantage. Most didn't. The projects always has a fair amount of intelligent black people who make a success of their lives. The hangers and criminals or what not doesn't mess with the ones who are trying to do good for themselves. In fact, they encourage them and have their backs. That's in every hood and every project. So yes, doctors and lawyers, engineers and even stock brokers and lobbyists can come from the projects.
