  17. 1)Vegans don't understand food chains? This makes no sense 2)There is no intent about where keeping people down when they build stores. There is a reason there is every fried chicken restaurant in the low income neighbourhoods and maybe 1 in higher income neighbourhoods and it is proven sales. Whole foods knows a location "in the hood" wouldn't do well. The dollar is key. They aren't running a charity or for you to live your best self. 3) eating a diet with the majority of vegetables and to a little less fruits is the most healthy. But you do need protein. There is a reason why so many vegans start feeling like crap after a few years and return to eating meat.
