@celock23 He hasn't informed himself, that shows that he isn't doing great IMO. he also seems very nervous and says "like" a lot.

@markiss7620 I don't expect him to be a technician. If interviewed I expect a mayor to be clear and concise about the issue and brief explanation of how it is being fixed. He seems very uncomfortable says like, umm , uhhh... That is what makes me think he is over his head. Half the job of mayor is PR. He/She is the face of the city.

@markiss7620 I don't think it is clear he is informed. I believe the city has some decent IT people that know what they are are doing and the mayor hasn't taken the time to truly understand it... At least what I hear between the many "like"s.
