  1. As a news organization shouldnt you have looked into Trump's claims of WeChat problems? Banning anything will cause markets to shift and people to lose jobs. Joe Biden planning to remove oil and gas and fracking will do the same. You can make arguments that it is necessary but government is always interfering with business.

  2. ​ @sleepicat  🤣🤣🤣 Until people take it seriously by buying local, composting, eat more vegetables, standing against materialism, etc nothing will change. People are addicted to their clothing and cheap goods from China/India. Regardless of who is president I guarantee you nothing will dramatically change in the next 4 years. The population refuses to go without their modern conveniences provided by petroleum. All that zinc, cobalt, plastic needed for your new Iphone 12(that you don't need) has to come from somewhere. No haul truck is going to be operated by electricity. Not to mention all those Starbucks cups that are thrown out every day, even prior to Covid. People won't even take the little inconvenience of carrying their own travel mug, at least the majority of Starbucks patrons.
