  2. Disagree with this woman. A shut down is possible not having a plan in place is simply poor management. This should be something they have a standing order for.

  3.  @birdieguan  I am talking specifically about what he said. You are under the belief that he set up these payments before the shut down, didn't get paid, so the payments returned as NSF. There is nothing to suggest that this was the case. If he knows he doesn't have the money and payments are due it is his responsibility to inform the business. Try putting yourself in the girl's shoes that has to call all these people trying to collect To be fair I don't know that he wrote the checks after the shut down. More effort should be made to not live pay check to pacy check. It is possible.

  4. Ok there were 5 billion robo calls and the oversight was shut down. How many were there the previous month before the shut down? I am guessing they were the same. The FCC is shit at dealing with robo calls.
