  3. This is the 2nd time the boy spoke to his mother. She mentioned in their talk that the phone wasn't working. Was that the phone at the detention centre or at the home? Main thing I heard is the USA should de a better job telling the world to not come. How this mother did not understand that going out of your way to enter a country illegally might have consequences baffles me.
