  1. So.. it sounds like he is troubled more than than the original charge. He refuses to abide to the conditions, not following rules of group home, smoking weed, etc. Calling them "technical violations" is ridiculous. There are rules in place for a reason. Can't be around your family that contains vulnerable people, seems reasonable to me. However, I think you could successfully argue that some crimes that currently force registry should not be on there. I agree with the one guy. It is more admirable to be a murderer.
