I wouldnt call it an "accident". She did not take the responsibility seriously.

Marten Dekker after she filled it in and left it out. She didnt even think to call and inquire. A responsible person would not do that. She has some growing up to do. The one thing I can say is don't think she should get a criminal record or even a fine. If I was in charge I would have her volunteer during the next election for a set number of hours.

Piranha Plus I disagree. It was unintended but not accidental. An accident is an unplanned, unforeseen and unexpected event. I suggest this was very foreseeable. I relate it to a traffic collision where one driver was drinking prior. Was it unintentional, yes. Was it foreseeable, yes. The one drivers lack of foresight and responsibility caused the collision. This girl's lack of foresight and responsibility caused two votes to be submitted. If she was clear with her plan this would not have happened.

Piranha Plus accidental is more happened by chance vs. You did it just wasn't meant to happen. https://wikidiff.com/unintentional/accidental

Piranha Plus the definition I found also incompasses unforseen as part of an accident. I believe this was completely foreseeable. I belive she was negligent. They do need to do something to this girl, her actions caused this to happen. If anything her mom is an accessory. Just like I don't leave my bank card with pin number lying around. She shouldn't have left a completed voting form. But let's say you are right. It was an accident... Many other crimes are the result of an accident. I don't see why this should be any different. Could make a good comparison to submitting taxes incorrectly after having them completed by a 3rd party.

marshall9485 Maybe. What federal law/statute is Trump violating and what is the average sentence handed down by the courts when found guilty?
