  3. Blake Brown nope watched the video fully. And I know the standards are different for men vs. women. As I said lowering the standards are bad, but if it needs to be done so be it. It's like any business. If you can't get staff... my issue specifically is having different standards based on gender, including the mesurments talked about in this video. It doesn't make sense to me. As for not enough recuits, the administration has done it to themselves. They are excluding people for no reason. Army and the like should have a high standard and if you are in you are in. Regardless of race, gender, etc.

  4. Killacamfoo O.G. I disagree. If they can met the standard. They have a right to be there. My friend's mother was a forest fire fighter and she was built like a tank. She was at least 1/4 bigger than her husband. I guarantee she was tougher than him.
