  1. Children don't learn by telling.... Tells kid to watch fingers when pulling knife out of block.. They used the statistic that 65 kids were kidnapped by a stranger in 2011. I am guessing they only mark that after child returns and is able to say it or found in someones home. "roughly 800,000 children are reported missing each year". so that means ~790,900 are running away or being taken by someone the family knows??? 7 year old is questionable in my mind. At 10 the kids should be allowed to for sure.

  2. Avatarfan10000 I am guessing. If the child has been previously introduced to the person he/she is no longer considered a stranger.
