  2. She should change because that is what is in her control. She should have made a change 20 years ago. Doesn't seem the union can do anything. I would rally to find a different union. They are trying to get minimum wage increased to $15 initially. Diana still wouldn't get a raise. It said she took management courses 10 years ago... What happened with that?
