  1. The problem is many landlords are just regular people who took a chance and scrimped and saved. I truly think it's failure in the government, not fellow citizens. We need a new framework instead of just choosing between 2 heads from the same beast. It's no coincidence that most politicians are rich in comparison to the average joe.

  2.  @AmaniLindsey  That is fine too IMO. If they are charging a reasonable price, good. If they are not find somewhere else. And yes there is always somewhere else. Even in this video it is clear. The government has collected money and does not have a system to give it back when required.
