  13. Seems weird, I would figure this would count as entrapment. I bet a lot of the cases will be thrown out. That being said if a random kid walk up to me in high school and said lets be friends and followed with where do I get some drugs..... I wouldn't be his friend.

If anything the volunteers should be used as very general labor like hauling material. Maybe I am cynical but I chalk this up to inexperience and lack of understanding about the way the world works.

I dont feel like watching the whole things again. Lots of people are just fine without liquor. What makes this community so different? They have for some reason decided that they need alcohol and are willing to break the law to get it. My colleague worked in a northern community and they had access to liquor but it was limited and expensive. There was no bootlegging but still tons of violence and stupidity and it wasnt just surrounding liquor.

  26. I get it should not be but it is criminal at this point. Marijuana is illegal in these places. It might as well be psilocybin or MDMA. Push the state to change or move to a different state, those are the options. Just because they are willing to do it doesn't believe they don't think you did it. They can agree to this to save courts time or a conviction is less likely.

  28. Tear drop tattoos are all about murder. This guy just didn't get it because he liked it. He has a criminal record and isn't a born American. Seems reasonable to kick him out to me. Anytime a non American is convicted of a crime they should be removed and not allowed back.
