" Experiencing an epidemic of violence and crime" "Bootlegging is rampant, and I think it is one of the most negative impacts on the territory" This all under the first 4 minutes of the video. I dont feel like watching the whole things again. Lots of people are just fine without liquor. What makes this community so different? They have for some reason decided that they need alcohol and are willing to break the law to get it. My colleague worked in a northern community and they had access to liquor but it was limited and expensive. There was no bootlegging but still tons of violence and stupidity and it wasnt just surrounding liquor.
