  1. It's such a weird problem we have these days. People own these nice homes and they just don't live in them. They just sit there.

  2.  @jokerxp90  Owning and maintaining? I fully agree. Owning and allowing it to be derelict? I don't agree. I don't agree with adverse possession but there needs to be laws and policies in place that prevent this. No one is walking into your home while you are on vacation and successfully claiming squatters rights. It's long term mismanagement of the property that allows these people to move in.
