  18. This reminds me of the "Dorito Effect". Super interesting. I've tried to cut refined sugar out of my diet as much as I can. It's crazy the difference it makes and when you have something that contains sugar, how sweet it tastes. There was also a great study where they had kids have a restricted diet but they could eat whatever they wanted in the diet. For instance, they want cucumber slice and fresh salsa for breakfast, that is what they get. The main interesting point was a kid involved in the study had rickets. He wasn't told what to eat or what may cure it but started to choose foods that may help, cod liver oil mainly. After the rickets went away. He stopped requesting it. Humans biologically know what to eat but when sugar gets involved it throws it all out of wack.
