I was in London in the 1970s. Went by the Admiralty. There were a lot of HF antennas on the roof. Any idea about them?

They have to be some sort of digital signal. How someone decodes it, I don't know.

I visited Chicksands in the early 1970s. I didn't get anywhere near the antenna, but it could be seen easily.
