  1. My tenant that stopped paying rent, seat at home, watch TV all day, play games and music. His excuse is that his company closed during covid and he can't find another job because he used to make a good living in his previous job but he has asthma, so he can't work anywhere else. on top that his girlfriend moved in with him now. I and my wife work 7 days a week and I had no vacation for 5 years. This is an abuse.
