  5.  @Sniffl3s-fl investing in other countries is the right move if you have there very reliable connections. We are going to look like France or Spain in 8 years in the US. High taxes, high inflation, high unemployment on top of a corrupt government. I heard lately good things about Cuba and planning to visit there. Good luck in your business adventures.
