If the Gazans had played their cards right and not been so self destructive, they could have been a prosperous, self sufficient tourist trap on the Mediterranean coast, but instead they choose to be self destructive pariahs walled off from the rest of the world because they can’t stop starting fights they can’t win despite 75 years of repeatedly losing starting in 1948 instead of choosing peace. as Einstein said, repeating the same and expecting a different result.
