Functioning schools, Hospitals, infrastructures, employment... Also it was the safest place in Africa.   6. This type of behavior will not get you anything good in life. Apartheid was wrong but it happened over 20 years ago and it's about time you get a life. This type of thinking make Africa a "Shithole" beside few exemptions. Rwanda have moved on from the vengeance mentality and they are doing great.
