  2. The following search string ... 477 Madison Avenue New York "Advanced Propulsion Laboratory" ... doesn't turn up anything informative. Alexey Bobrick appears to be a graduate student from University of Lund, and most of the information about the "Giovanni Martires" out there is in Italian. appliedphysics.org appears to have a very basic webpage. Does anyone have any other information about what these guys have studied, to fill in some context around this paper?
