Step 1: See a group with a good thing going Step 2: Infiltrate the group Step 3: Complain about how the original members of the group are "problematic" Step 4: Exclude them Step 5: Push your original values into the group Who's "Using Leftist tactics" here -- Conservatives? Or James Lindsay?

If that many people in a stadium get to be troublesome, Emperor Justinian has some advice on how to handle it.

"Dude" can be a way of puncturing severe pretentiousness, which James Lindsay sometime suffers from. Anyone can be right, anyone can be wrong, and if someone is wrong about 99 things and only right about 1, then it's still useful for him to criticize someone who is right about those 99 things, but wrong about that one thing.

I wonder what Tony Blair will have his nose rubbed in, before the end?

"Western Christianity should support Israel, and Israel should support Western Christianity" sounds fair. The thing is, the biggest threat to both Western Christianity and Israel could have been destroyed several times in the past, if Western Christianity had sided with Eastern Christianity instead of against it.

That's also the definition of "totalitarian", isn't it?

"Me saving my civilization matters a lot more than you feeling better about yourself." Amen, brother! The fact that so many otherwise intelligent people -- Konstantin Kissin, say -- are willing to sacrifice all of Western values for the sake of bug**ry, is just beyond comprehension. It's almost as if that's the tribute to degenerate California values that YouTube demands, to remain in the good graces of the algorithm.

When I reflect that so many of the anti-Semitic comments here are left by Feds posing as anti-Semites to keep an eye on things... ... it strikes me as hilarious when I remember "that ruddy little ignoramus" (as Tolkien called him) started out as a "Fed" himself, keeping an eye on the Nasty party. Look, unless An*efa gets some traction and starts mixing it up in the streets again, normal Americans are not going to vote for any neo-Nasties. Trumpism is the limit of what we'd like to see -- unvetted migrants re-migrated to their homes, Leftists scoured from education in every role at every level, preschool through post-doc, out of every level of bureaucracy whatever their GS level, and out of every HR department (most of which should be closed) in every corporation that does business with America.

There's dog-piling on this video, obviously. Probably Feds out to make their quota of "people liking nasty comments".
1
Eh, when the number of "likes" is badly out-of-family with other comments on the thread, other videos on the channel with the same likes and watches, etc, it's probably artificially pumped.

I would love to see an Englishman talk about "Athens, Jerusalem, and Rome, in London". In other words, whether the American picture of the West makes sense from the point of view, of London.

@sternuens "There are just so many Haitians in Minnesota now, it hardly feels like Somalia anymore."

@hazchemel Anything you post in a Comments section is fair game for anyone else to comment on. Grow up.

So what was '97? I'd put the knee in the curve somewhere around 2012, when Sad Puppies lost at the Hugo awards.
