"This will be seen as the crime of our generation" Yes. And everyone who supported it has blood on their hands.

@boj353boy What do you make of the fact that anyone who expresses an interest, however slight, however young, will be immediately surrounded by pressure groups to go through with the most extreme measures, who attempt to separate from anyone who might protect them? What do you make of the fact that these groups have infiltrated professional organizations, so that therapists are expressly forbidden from explore any alternative to transition or any idea that it might not be appropriate in their case, on the grounds that would be "conversion therapy", on pain of losing their professional license? What do you make of the fact that anyone undergoing this butchery is sterilized even under the "best" of circumstances, and is set on a path that very commonly ends in suicide? This is a high-pressure death cult we're talking about here. I'm not surprised the Victorians erased them from history. They're basically all Jack the Ripper, with anesthetic.

@thechristsknight7758 Nope, some of mine are missing too. Happens a lot, along with the "like" count. You can safely assume that anything that doesn't support and/or celebrate The Message(TM), has gotten a lot more likes than show up on the visible counter.

@thechristsknight7758 This is wild. YouTube has redacted half the comments on this thread.

@thechristsknight7758 Yeah, it's very encouraging. You can probably assume that conservative posts get about 5x the likes that YouTube actually shows. Seriously, YouTube is really corrupt about this stuff. It's a locus of influence, and there are a lot of groups trying to cheat that game these days.

@thechristsknight7758 We'll see how the alternatives shape up. I'm going to have less time for it in the near future, so moving to a platform with less content won't bother me as much since I won't be able to watch it anyway.

@Why_stop_at_41 Eh, as long as they're willing to point us towards the real money behind this push (and weren't directly involved themselves), give them a pass.
