According to geopolitical analyst Peter Zeihan (who has a pretty good finger on the pulse of the Establishment), the Establishment wants Biden to win with a 38-state landslide, so that we can continue to intake tens of millions of migrants (we're apparently less than half done with that.) Apparently the national population number is one of the only things that matters geopolitically to these strategists, although they are concerned with "unrest" resulting from their migration plans. Not enough to convince them to stop those plans, but they are aware that they will have to take steps to manage this "unrest".
