  1. Never say "nothing will happen". Say instead, "with things as they are, nothing will happen". Then find the changes needed to make something happen, and make those changes.

  2.  @trevoravery9270  At every level the right people are getting elected -- not enough of them yet, but that's mostly due to despair. There is a backlash brewing, and it will be overwhelming. We need to make sure it gets channeled into constructive, positive action. I'm looking forward to it. So should you. =)

  4.  @yankieowl7663  Those are only necessary when you have a few people who want to dominate many. Once enough of the many volunteer to actually serve the public, there are too many targets for the few to cover with their limited resources.
