  1. Doesn't "humbug" mean, "nonsense meant to deceive"? And "bah" is clearly an expression of disgust. It seems to me that militant atheists, who are disgusted by Christianity and believe it is nonsense meant to deceive, can have the sentiment, "Bah, humbug" fairly attributed to them.
