Fun historical fact: the bordellos of San Francisco, established during the Gold Rush, have always had immense influence in the city despite their being technically illegal. Consider San Francisco's "no act is too degrading or inhuman" attitude, and the idea that Silicon Valley elites believe any imposition on their desired behavior is an old-fashioned artifice to be done away with. What kind of depraved kompromat do you think that leads to? It would make E**tein look positively wholesome in comparison. Breaking that story would be the biggest scoop of the decade, and this is a decade that has included a new Pentagon Papers, exposing Pfizer's conflicts of interest, and the new push by O'Keefe to expose Act Blue's split-and-rebundle program.
