The problem with telling children that Santa is real is, after they get to the age where they are capable of rudimentary reason, they conclude that the logistical capability to deliver packages to every house in the world on the same night must mean that Santa Claus is, in fact, Jeff Bezos wearing a wig and fake beard. This would obviously be mentally damaging to any child.

@TearThatRedFlagDown Some of these Antefa types actually wake up and realize that historically the only reason fascism appears, is because no one actually likes the Left when they get violent.

Why in the world is drinking at parties supposed to be banned just because someone else is dry? Seems like an opportunity for everyone to cover for one another. The drys could be designated drivers. Just like if you have to fill shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, a proper variety of people could keep everything covered and let everyone get their weekly Sabbath off. One of the best parts of Halloween for me as a kid, was dumping out my loot to sort through it and trade with my brother -- I gave him what he liked best, in exchange for what I liked best. We both got more of what we wanted. It's all good.
