  1. The problem with a "Centrist party" is that when one given individual centrist picks a certain mix of liberal and conservative views, you can also have another individual centrist who picks exactly the opposite mix of views. They can both be centrist yet agree on nothing.

  2. You could simply forbid YouTube from blanket bans on content based on pressure from a few advertisers. If Coke doesn't want its advertisements appearing in certain types of content or channels, YouTube would make sure they could pick and choose the channels, rather than banning channels whose content other advertisers might actually want to support. This would better serve customers generally.
