  1. It won't matter if "the governor's wife is accused" -- the whole point of this exercise is to force non-Woke people to vacate positions of power, so that Woke people can take them. I suspect this has something to do with having a system where so many people at the top have so much to hide, and exist there only because there is a "gentlemen's agreement" not to prosecute one another. How else do you explain why being a major-party political candidate gives someone effective immunity to prosecution, on the grounds that "you can't prosecute your political opponents, that would be bad."
