  1. The answer to "prejudice plus power" is the fact that *All power is local*. Or you could say that power is situational, not structural. There is no iron-clad rule that the "most privileged" are the most powerful in every situation. That's just nonsense.

  2. Who's susceptible to being an SJW? Anyone with something to gain from it, whether it's a job they're not qualified for, or getting laid. Or more darkly, anyone who wants a way to attack whoever's currently in the job they want.
