  1. Birthrates are falling because we have mistakenly valued careers over motherhood. We have devalued childbearing to the point that we're calling obviously sterile couplings "marriages". Only cultures that remember traditional wisdom regarding men, women, and how we cooperate with each other, will survive.

Overachieving women have spiking divorce rates. The plain and simple solution here is for our society to deliberately confer status on mothers that is higher than the "girl boss" trope.
