  4. The 1st Amendment was created in a media environment that wasn't too much different from Info Wars. Seriously, look at the partisan press back then. They'd be perfectly at home on Twitter. Our press became more professional over time, although was still bad even in the 20th century (I'm looking at you, Hearst.)
