  6. Despite having the name OpenAI, the company that has not made ChatGPT open source. What they are doing is completely opaque. For a completely transparent AI, they would also have to release the training data and training algorithms.

There is no way to analyze how it makes the decisions that it makes, that can guarantee those decisions will be accurate. If it goes wrong and gives you bad advice, there's no way to tell why.
