  1. Wouldn't this call everything into question about what we think about the age of the universe? I mean, doesn't all of our knowledge (or current theory, anyway) about the most distant galaxies and their stellar inhabitants, depend on the laws of physics on Earth being the same? It seems like high-energy physics wouldn't play so well with astrophysics if this weren't true.

  2. @LtArchieHicox This "multiverse" theory, as far as I can tell, is based entirely on an aesthetic desire to reduce the number of terms in an equation by one. Is it or is it not un-provable nonsense?
