  1. "We know that a huge percentage of people are going to follow Zuckerberg into his Metaverse" Probably not. Second Life never really caught on, beyond a dedicated fanbase. Same with 3d chat programs. Zuckerberg is likely going to run Facebook into the ground with this (not really so) new endeavor. He and Facebook peaked years ago, it's all downhill from here.

  2. The root of the problem is that San Francisco politics (which have been dominated since the 1850s by bordello owners) got supercharged by Silicon Valley money. The depraved Hollywood elites didn't help either.
