The government gets corrupt, they pull in their fat paychecks while they oppress the people and make it impossible for them to make a living, after which point everything explodes... it's a familiar tale, on the other side of the Pacific.

  2. OK, so this is what it is... The people eating outside aren't customers, they're people who have STOLEN your tables, but the tables aren't worth $1000, so there's nothing you can do about that. They're also TRESPASSING, and you can't do anything about that either. That makes everything okay.
