  1. "Dr. Oz was a high quality candidate" -- I think your criteria for that are different from ours. Dr. Oz is an out-of-touch elitist who favors mutilating children, and uses words like "crudite'". He seems to be someone who has used his intelligence for his own aggrandizement, rather than to try to dig into issues that concern regular Americans, and ask well-informed questions that make out-of-touch elitists extremely uncomfortable. The only university-educated or rich people we need in American politics now, are "class traitor" types -- the ones who will hold the rest of the rich and elite-educated to account.
