  2. Professor Peterson, corruption can just mean going along with the path of least resistance, or turning a blind eye to it. How often have you lectured on the subject of the Wise King, who is going blind? Why not look at the evidence people have compiled of the election anomalies in question? Wouldn't that be a more scientific approach?

  4. Professor, the reason many of us are wondering about the 2020 election results is the fact that we saw REALLY anomalous vote spikes in the wee hours of the Wednesday after the election, in a handful of states -- yes, enough states to swing the election.

  5. How do you keep debates from devolving into claim / counterclaim? You look at EVIDENCE. Have you ever taken a good Philosophy of Science course? I'm a little surprised to have to point this out.

Could the pathogen have randomly developed (or have been trained by experience) to get past the defenses we have set up for ourselves, and take advantage of the specific shape of our vulnerabilities? Sometimes life doesn't have to have a reason for being, it just has to have a shape that's too tough to get rid of.

  8.  @duncansunrise  I doubt the influence of his books and lectures will decline. I suspect much of it is permanent, in the hearts and minds of the movement he has started. It would be great if he could once again be in a position to lead it. On the other hand, so many of the stories he deals with -- the Hero's Journey, etc -- are about a younger generation stepping up. Mikhaila seems to have the energy at least to help Geppetto out. She'll probably need at least one person with academic chops, and who knows how many people who embody other virtues and capabilities will come out of the woodwork. =)

But you do realize that unless you think that it's going to become commonplace for 3+ child families among those who want to have kids, the common experience of womanhood will still involve a big investment of time and physical effort into the eternal task of becoming mothers?
