  1. For the sake of their own credibility, English courts cannot keep ignoring these crimes. Allowing people to speak openly about these crimes, and arresting / imprisoning / deporting foreigners responsible for these crimes, is not going to "increase hostility towards migrants". It will decrease hostility towards migrants, because people will have confidence that whatever migrants they meet are not responsible for crimes like this. Courts have to faithfully defend their people, though, for this confidence to be established.
