  2. "The task of a child that age is supposed to be, dealing with their peers" Are you sure about that? I'd like you to please consider whether that does more harm than good. Their job should be, figuring out how to become a peer of the adults around them, instead of being a child. How much will they learn about being an adult from other adolescents? Will they learn other childish habits instead, dealing with other children? If you force enough children into one place, won't that leave them without adult defenses, when mass hysterias and psychoses emerge?

  3.  @JordanBPeterson  Do you have confidence that the adult educators for 12-18 years olds, are capable of sufficiently and constructively supervising their peer relations? What about when you add social media amongst that mass of teen schoolmates into that mix? I disagree with the premise that after graduating, students will deal mostly with age-peers. This was not my experience, or the experience of most of my own graduating class. Being prepared to take one's place (as someone with a lot more to learn) in a workplace with people 10, 25, or 40 years older than you are, might be more helpful. Wouldn't this variety of perspectives help keep 20somethings grounded in reality, far more than they have been in recent years?

  4.  @JordanBPeterson  If you're the encouraging uncle to thousands or hundreds of thousands of young men, doesn't that suggest that they deal too much with too many of their peers and not enough with a leavening of mentor-age people in the mix?

  5.  @JordanBPeterson  Watching Vivek's presidential candidacy, I was struck by how poorly we prepare most children for the core adventure of the American "identity" -- entrepreneurialism. It would be extremely helpful to develop institutions to initiate students into that adventure.
