I'm curious, if the Senate is supposed to be "the world's greatest deliberative body", how often do they get to deliberate in the form of long-form conversations of the type that happen on YouTube at its best? Another thought presents itself - could people from YouTube with experience in encouraging these long-form conversations to occur, play a constructive role in getting them to occur between Senators?
