It's like how putting pictures of missing kids on milk cartons nationally gave people the impression that if they let their kids play outside they'd be abducted.

  2.  C-Bomb  ?? Not sure how universities are "inner city" funding. The student debt crisis is the biggest enemy of social mobility, so cutting the universities down to only what they actually need to do to give people a real education, and removing majors that don't lead to real good-paying careers, would help everyone, minorities especially.

  4.  C-Bomb  I suspect American universities could be improved, by less funding. Just get rid of any department (aside from new technology departments) that didn't exist in 1950, and any administrative post that didn't exist in 1980. That would solve our student debt crisis too.
