  1. "The West" is not evil. The West used to be better. We have been going down the wrong track -- one that does not allow us to be disgusted by anything, like homeless drug addicts in our streets or gangs in England who prey on young women. (Or with the way young women dress these days.) Were we "authoritarian" in the 1980s, when we did not have these problems nearly to this degree? No, of course not. We simply had coherent social fabric that notably excluded certain immoral elements. Tucker believes we need to return to that, and he's right.

  2. "He thinks he has broken the West's moral back" The West will not fight under the rainbow flag. The people who form the backbone of our military will never do such a thing, their replacements are too incompetent to pull it off, and the electorate would not fight for libertinism. What we WILL fight for, is to be free the world from authoritarians -- but we would have to do that on our own continents first, before we would set foot in Asia to do so.
