"Why put your knee on his neck? He said he couldn't breathe" If you can't breathe, you can't say "I can't breathe". He was huge, and he was agitated, and the knee thing was a restraint that doesn't suffocate anyone. It was the by-the-book thing to do as they were waiting for the ambulance that they had called to take care of him.
