  1. "Women have a lot more social structures to support them than men do" Yup. It's actively illegal for men to have support structures that are just for men. In a sane world this would be known as "systemic discrimination", but we don't live in a sane world.

  2. "These jobs aren't coming back" Er, no. Strategically speaking -- as in, we can't have our geopolitical enemies making our stuff for us -- the jobs are going to be onshored again. More than that, companies are going to simply run out of cheap overseas labor to exploit. Plus, some jobs are always going to be local. If we just stop importing tens of millions of illegals, low-end wages would climb faster than inflation.
