  2. "Quadruple current rates" That's not actually very much. CBP employs 60,000 people now. Expanding that to 250,000 by reassigning local police (~500k sworn officers, ~125k civilian personnel, and about equal numbers at the State police level, ~1.25M total). FBI, ~40k. New IRS agents? ~90k. US military worldwide? 2.86M people. Amongst all those we could find the equivalent of 250k to all pitch in and help make this happen. If they're on the government payroll already, your taxes wouldn't even go up.
