  2.  @anonix4078  It's political manipulation, to pressure countries to change their status quo of recognizing Taiwan as an independent country. That independent country has values that are vastly more in line with what had been Hong Kong's status quo until China took over. China pledged to support the status quo, "one country, two systems". China lied. Taiwan is right to want to remain its independent status quo, and China has to face up to the fact that they have nothing to blame for that but their own tyrannical excesses.
