"China signed a deal with Russia to buy Russian fossil fuels" Fun Fact: In 1941, traincars packed with Russian coal and oil were streaming over the German border to fuel their war machine, all the way up to 21 June when Germany invaded. Putin is a fool if he does not remember this. Not that Germany is an aggressive power today, but that China (the new up-and-coming power) is just as resource-hungry, and just as little to be trusted.
